Welcome to the Albany Model Railway Association's web pages.

This is the home page for Albany Model Railway Association Inc (AMRA Inc).  We hope you will enjoy this collection of information about our club.

We are located on the Eastern end of the Albany Railway/Tourist Station complex on Proudlove Parade via Lower Stirling Terrace.  These streets are one way.  Please see the Clubrooms page for more concise directions.

Our opening times are every Saturday from 1:30pm to 4:30pm, Wednesday afternoons during school holidays from 1:30 to 4:00pm.

The club members meet every Tuesday evening between 7:30pm to about 10:00pm.  Once a month, the first Tuesday of the month we conduct a business meeting and all members are encouraged to attend.  The remaining Tuesday evenings are used for layout maintenance (usually two of the nights) and club activities or programs.  These programs range from video nights, how to assemble models, custom building track and turnouts, loco maintenance and other "show you how" topics as requested by members.

The members include a wide variety of talented people willing to promote and share their modelling experiences with new comers and experienced folks, to the wonderful Railway Modelling hobby.

Please use the various links to explore this web site and thank you for your visit.

If you would like us to "link" to your Model/miniature railway web pages please contact the secretary.
