Pricing web pages is a tricky business and really depends upon the number of pages involved, the graphic design element and complexity of the site but here is a rough guide.

Maintenance is a speciality of mine. An out of date web page can be a lost opportunity, if your links don't work or get little red crosses instead of images I can fix it.  I will add any small jobs together and bill you after 2 hours work.
